Welcome to Piece Away. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Bubble Studio ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of our mobile game and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY

3. IN-GAME ITEMS AND CURRENCY
The Service may include virtual in-game items (e.g., "Magic Wands," "Hints") or virtual currency. These items are licensed to you, not sold.
- No Monetary Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for "real" money or items of value outside the Service.
- Ad-Based Rewards: Currently, our Service is ad-supported. You may earn virtual items or rewards by interacting with third-party advertisements.
- Ownership: We retain all rights and titles to all in-game content. We may manage, regulate, or remove virtual items at any time without liability.
4. NO USER ACCOUNTS OR CONTENT UPLOADS
- No Account System: The Service does not currently require a dedicated user account. Your progress may be saved locally or via platform-specific services (e.g., Google Play Games).
- No User Content: Users are not permitted to upload, post, or submit any content (such as images or text) to the Service.
5. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS
The Service displays third-party advertisements. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in such advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in the Service (including but not limited to artwork, music, code, and game design) are owned by Bubble Studio. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BUBBLE STUDIO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE’S ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
